The OPERA Softball League is planning to play June 6 - July 18, on Thursday nights at the Beaumont Athletic Complex, 950 Langham Road, Beaumont, TX 77707! July 4 will be skipped for the holiday* This year’s season will be 6 weeks long with tournament information to be determined . 🙂
⚾Registration⚾
The registration deadline is May 31. Please turn in all paperwork for your team with the roster, not individually 😊 Rosters without all paperwork will not be accepted. Dues will be invoiced via Quickbooks and can be paid online.
Absolutely no late entries will be accepted.
⚾Registration Process⚾
- Team Captains fill out roster form (typed) and collect a signed softball release form for each player listed on the roster.
-Team Captains collect the appropriate membership form for and new OPERA members on the roster as well as proof of employment.
-Team Captains collect all cash/checks for dues. If paying by credit card or bank inforrmation, invoices will be sent out to pay online after the roster is received.
-Team Captains can scan and email all documents and pay online, or they can email the roster and set up a time to deliver them in person. Please ensure that ALL forms for each player are included in the email.
Each team needs the team roster!
Motiva Employees- You will need the Primary Application Form and the Softball Release Form. You will still need to sign a Release Form, even if you have played in previous years.
Associate Members-Surrounding refineries and contractors-If they played last year, they do not need an Associate Application, just the release form, $48 OPERA Dues and $20 softball dues-$ 68 total. Everyone new needs the application, release form, and the $48 for OPERA and $20 for softball.

Get some of your co workers together, or join a department team! All you need to do is fill out an application and release form with your OPERA Membership Dues and Softball Dues!
Team Captains need to fill out a Team Roster to turn in with each player's paperwork and payment!
